1. Where do you ship?

We offer worldwide shipping, covering Major regions as well as Remote Regions including the United States, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Africa. Our homes can be delivered to any state across the USA with complete logistical support.


 

2. What is the estimated manufacturing and delivery timeline for your prefab homes?

Manufacturing typically takes approximately 15–20 days, while delivery usually requires an additional 18–22 days.

Please note that timelines may vary slightly depending on shipping routes, logistics, and destination, and can be shorter or longer in certain cases.


 

3.Do your homes comply with U.S. HUD and state building standards?

Yes, our homes are fully designed in accordance with U.S. HUD guidelines and relevant state building codes, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance.
Each home is engineered based on location-specific requirements such as snow load, wind resistance, and structural standards.

For example, homes delivered to Texas and Florida are built with enhanced wind-load resistance, while homes for states like Colorado or New York are designed to handle higher snow loads and colder climates.


 

4. What is the delivery process? / How is the home delivered?

We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery directly to your site location. The home is securely transported in a container and delivered via truck to your specified address.


 

5. Is installation included?

Installation is generally not included with the purchase. However, installation is included for two-storey homes, and may also be available in select regions or cities depending on service availability.

If installation is required in other locations, it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Upon delivery, the container must be unloaded at the site using suitable equipment such as a crane or forklift, based on the model and site conditions. Our team will provide complete guidance on unloading and installation requirements to ensure a smooth and efficient setup process.


 

6. What type of foundation is required?

A simple concrete foundation is usually sufficient, though pier foundations can also be used if preferred.
If the land is flat and suitable, we can provide an additional base foundation at no extra cost.


 

7. Are your homes “USA-ready” for electrical and plumbing systems?

Yes, our homes are built to meet high-quality U.S. standards. The electrical system includes pre-installed wiring, distribution boards, and circuit breakers for safe operation.
Plumbing is fully integrated with complete pipelines and a built-in bathroom, allowing quick and easy setup on-site.


 

8. What is your warranty?

Our homes come with a 10-year warranty covering the structural frame and supplied components against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or extreme weather and natural disasters.

9. Can I return a home after delivery?

You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery,
subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Returns are accepted for standard Prefabia pre-designed models.
Customized homes made based on customer preferences are non-returnable.

Conditions typically include:

    • The home must be unused and in original condition as far as possible.

    • All components and accessories must be included.

    • Return shipping and related costs are usually the customer’s responsibility
      unless the product is clearly defective due to our error.


 

10. Are customizations possible?

Yes, customisations are available—you can choose from various options, and we can bring your vision to life.

11. Are these homes permanent or temporary?

These homes are designed as permanent living solutions, offering long-term durability and structural strength.
They save time and cost while delivering high-quality construction, with features like waterproofing, leak resistance, and superior finishes compared to traditional homes.


 

12. Can I visit a model home?

At present, we primarily operate online; however, you are welcome to visit our manufacturing facilities.
We will soon be launching offline showrooms across various states in the USA—please contact us to check current availability and schedule a visit.`


 

13. How does the payment process work?

You can select your preferred home and request a quote. Once confirmed, an advance payment is required, followed by the remaining balance after manufacturing and shipment to the freight forwarder.

Payments are made via wire transfer to our U.S.-based Mercury bank account. After dispatch, we will share shipping details for tracking, and the full payment must be completed before final delivery.
