Prefabia works with developers, contractors, investors and business clients who need modular homes at scale. This page explains how our trade program works.
If you are planning multiple units or repeated orders, you may qualify for trade benefits.
2. Trade Benefits
Subject to approval, trade clients may receive:
Preferential pricing on bulk orders
Assistance with model selection for communities or resorts
Coordinated production and phased deliveries
Priority communication and project coordination
All trade pricing and terms are customised depending on order volume, specifications and timelines.
3. Ordering & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract:
Quotations will clearly state the scope: model type, quantity, inclusions and exclusions.
Payment is generally required in advance before production starts.
For large projects, staged payments may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Trade orders are subject to the same core documents that apply to all customers: Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Warranty Policy.
4. Shipping & Responsibilities
For trade projects, shipping is normally arranged on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to the agreed delivery location, unless stated otherwise in the quotation.
Prefabia coordinates manufacturing and international freight.
The client is responsible for:
Unloading at site
Crane or lifting services
Foundation works
Local permits and approvals
Final utility connections
Any special requirements (remote sites, restricted access, phased deliveries) should be discussed before confirming the order.
5. Customisation & Technical Support
Trade clients often require:
Repeated modules with small variations
Branded interiors or exterior colours
Adjusted layouts for specific land plots
We can discuss these options with our engineering and manufacturing partners. Some customisations may require technical drawings, extended timelines and additional costs.
