PORCH OAKLINE is a 40FT expandable modular home designed for use as an ADU or residential unit, subject to local zoning approval. It features a natural wood-finish exterior with black structural framing, a covered front porch, and a central glazed entry inspired by modern U.S. home design.

When expanded, it offers the space of two 20FT modules, allowing flexible layouts for living, sleeping, or workspace needs. The home is factory-built and delivered fully prefabricated with flooring, insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, windows, and ceiling finishes.Once installed on an approved foundation and connected to utilities, PORCH OAKLINE expands into a complete, ready-to-use home within hours.
