PORCH SLATE is a 40FT expandable modular home designed for use as an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) or residential structure, subject to local zoning approval. It features an grey exterior with white structural framing, a covered front white porch, and a central glazed entry consistent with U.S. residential design norms.

When expanded, the unit provides a floor area comparable to two 20FT modules, supporting multi-room layouts for living, sleeping, or home office use. The home is factory-built and delivered fully prefabricated with integrated flooring, electrical wiring, plumbing, insulation, wall systems, windows, and ceiling finishes. Once placed on an approved foundation and connected to utilities, it expands onsite into a complete dwelling within hours.
