You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
4. Product Information
We offer modular prefabricated homes in sizes such as 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and dimensions like 20 ft, 30 ft, 40 ft, etc.
All drawings, images, floor plans, and descriptions are for general guidance only. Final specifications may vary depending on configuration and local requirements.
Customization (flooring, finishes, layout changes, add-ons) requires approval and may involve additional charges.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
Prices may change at any time before your order is confirmed.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
6. Orders & Payment
An order is considered placed once you complete checkout.
Orders are accepted only after we issue a written order confirmation.
We accept card payments, PayPal, and Stripe.
By submitting payment, you confirm that the payment method is authorized.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Installation
Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — meaning taxes, customs duties, and freight are included.
Unloading and installation are NOT included and must be arranged separately.
Delivery dates are estimates only; delays may occur due to transit or site accessibility.
Ownership passes to you once full payment is completed and goods are delivered.

You must notify us within 15 days of delivery if you wish to return.
Only unused, undamaged homes in original condition (with all components) may qualify.
Physical damage caused by misuse or installation is not covered.
Return shipping and insurance are normally the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Warranty
All homes come with a 9-month limited warranty on structure and components.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover physical damage caused during installation, mishandling, weather events, or modifications.
10. Use of the Site
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or violate intellectual property rights. All content is owned or licensed by PREFABIA LLC.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PREFABIA LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of profit or business interruption.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.
Disputes will first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation.
